Nucleate Boston is a non-profit organization that provides professional development opportunities for the next generation of biotech leaders. Our chapter is supported by the work of graduate students (PhD, MBA, MS, MD), postdocs, undergraduates, and those currently working in biotech. We engage with industry experts throughout biotech, pharmaceutical companies, and life sciences venture capital. Our equity-free accelerator program supports emerging founders and early stage biotech companies with industry expert mentors and by providing resources to aid in their development. Ultimately, we aim to enrich the unique biotech ecosystem of Boston by bridging the gap between academic research and venture creation.
